pretty awful experience.I was hit by a car while 8 months pregnant.wasnt really given very good advice or information at all for what to do if my baby has complications after birth.the settlement amount was pretty awful given what happen.10 years later my child has multiple issues that we pay for out of pocket that the settlement money could barely assist with.was told by all specialist it was definitely effects of ineutero trauma.I only spoke with the attorney at the settlement signing.Please dont use franchise-like attorneys as they really dont inform or prioritize you.I have found less commercialized attorneys care a lot more are more invested in your concerns and want to see the best outcome for your situation.I did not get this type of service from this attorney,but I had never been hit by a car before either or any other accident for thst matter.
To the attorney:I would never leave an internal review.This is my experience and we are still living it today.Again people ,go for an attorney who cares about your experience ,the offices response is evidence of self preservation and not of compassion.My child has had a journey and so have we.A side note, this is probably the most correspondence I got from the attorney from when I was represented previously".lol!
