I used Val's service after a head-on collision in Clovis, Ca.
The very first red flag, I was in a lot of pain from the accident... Val has an office that is not conducive to serving folks in pain.
The benches in his office were bamboo, with lightly padded seats. Very hard to sit on for as long as we had to. Especially after an accident.
His wife was constantly moving around the office, and very unfriendly.
At one point during the process, I brought all bills and notices into the office so that they were on record. Val's wife told me they didn't need them; that they get copies of everything, and nothing is over looked.
I ended up paying my ambulance bill out of pocket because Val's office over looked it.
