Barrus & Roberts Attorneys at Law

So helpful with all important paperwork that you hope to never have to use but is a must have for protection. Set up living trust, as well as all medical paperwork for college kids. Would give a 10 star if available.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this law firm! As I prepared to leave for college, I wanted to make sure my family and I had everything in place, including establishing my Power of Attorney. The entire process was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and care. Greg Roberts took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the process straightforward and easy to understand. I felt confident that everything was prepared correctly and that I knew exactly what I was signing. Going away to college is a huge step, and having this taken care of gave both me and my family peace of mind. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance and expertise and would wholeheartedly recommend his firm to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional legal team!

Greg and Abby are some of the most down-to-earth and yet very professional people you can find out there. Awesome estate planning law office. They were able to help me out with short notice on issues with the living trust, California Prop 19-related things, etc. Very dependable and reliable. Could not give a higher recommendation.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and compassion we received from Greg Roberts and his assistant, Abby, during a very difficult time in our lives.

Greg helped my parents with a Durable Power of Attorney, a Power of Attorney for Health Care, and the revocation of a previous Power of Attorney. Throughout the entire process, he was supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what felt like an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate.

Abby was equally kind and caring. From my very first phone call with her, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her compassion, patience, and willingness to help provided reassurance and support during a stressful and emotional time for our family.

The professionalism, kindness, support, and genuine concern shown by both Greg and Abby meant more to us than words can express. We are truly thankful for Greg’s guidance and expertise, as well as Abby’s support throughout the process. We highly recommend their services to anyone needing legal assistance for themselves or their loved ones.
