I am writing this review hoping it reaches a member of management and hopefully some additional training is offered to your staff. This was for the New York office: I called yesterday to inquire about hiring your firm for a commercial real estate transaction. I was told they could schedule me for a free 10 minute phone call to go over my needs. The girl on the phone told me to text my email so she could send the intake form. I let her know I was on a landline and I asked if I could just give it to her verbally on the call. Her answer was no that's not how they did things because she might not write it down right. While this was a minor inconvenience to go dig for my cell phone, it instantly reduced creditability. "A law firm that can't write down an email correctly?! How can I trust them with an important business transaction?". Now I am old school and thought maybe I was being too rigid. I agreed, texted my email and completed the intake form. I did not hear back from anyone about scheduling a time. At 3pm Eastern today, I get a text stating my call was scheduled for 3pm Pacific time today. I replied I had not spoken to anyone about scheduling a time and that would not work. A few minutes later, Kyra (I believe) called me, asking if I needed this type of that type of lawyer. She did not sound confident and generally sounded confused. I let her know I could not make the call they scheduled. After this interaction, I lost hope of hiring the firm. The whole initial steps were disorganized and sounds like a freshly minted intern with no training is handling calls and scheduling. She asked about rescheduling. I let her know that this process so far had felt unorganized and did not motivate me to want to work with the firm. She eagerly exclaimed OKAY! and hung up. There was no attempt to better understand what felt unorganized or anything else. I have marked this as a 5 star to hopefully give management a chance to review this and better train their staff. To be very clear, the experience is a 0 Star currently.

Many attorneys did not want to take my case, but Yavuz took the case. He carefully listened and understood everything that had happened.
