If your looking for a criminal defense lawyer, I strongly recommend this law firm. They do assist people in the County of San Bernardino and were able to get the case dismissed. The results exceeded my expectations. Their staff/team are super friendly. Frances is extremely helpful and nice. Their pricing is flexible and fair. I have read the other negative reviews and honestly I didnt encounter any bad experiences with this law firm. My only suggestion would be to keep communication more open. She is the absolute best! Got my case fully dismissed when my original public defender wanted me to plead guilty smh so happy I went with Frances instead! Very communicative and understanding! Even if she herself was busy she would send another colleague to help out which was nice she always has your best interest in mind!

LISTEN to all the bad reviews, they are all true. Bad communication skills , very rude, and never shows up! This lawyer has only showed up to drop my brothers case after few times of her only showing up just to push the case to another month. Her ‘ assistant ‘ Kristin is very defensive also maybe because she knows they are wrong. I read this bad reviews before that they have the good ones to cover them up and I truly believe it now. Don’t take this lawyer if you have a serious case she will take the money and then try to find an excuse about whatever she can find a reason to drop your case, it’s that easy for them. Don’t put your or your loved lives in this persons hands. She also deletes all the bad comments !

Now that my case is over I can speak about this. I wanna thank Kristen Davis and Frances I was recently hit with false allegations that lead to a temporary restraining order. I was scared I didnt know what could happen. I was lucky to be referred by a family member and her price was reasonable compared to others. Kristen answered my calls and text im a timely fashion. She was able to handle my situation with care. Frances was amazing when she showed up in court for me. She was able to destroy the other counsels case. The other attorney pretty much handled us all the information she needed to pick apart his story. The only issue I have is when I signed an agreement with my ex that caused me other issues in my case. If I would've known I would've never signed any papers.
