I had a very disappointing experience with Sarah Garrick. She was extremely difficult to get a hold of despite my numerous attempts. After visiting the Tyson and Mendez office, I was given her personal number, but even then, I couldn’t reach her. Her client also made several calls without any response from her. I tried emailing, calling, and even visiting the office to find a way to contact her. She eventually replied to one of my emails, explaining that she couldn’t provide me with information or speak to me until she had consulted her client. However, her client had already made multiple calls to her, which she ignored. When she finally did meet with her client, she demanded that I have no further communication with her and that I be excluded from the case. This level of unresponsiveness and the decision to cut off communication entirely was highly unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of proper communication made it impossible to get the necessary information and assistance.
