Mr. Ian Pancer changed my life. Not only did he work "relentlessly" to help allow me to live my life in peace again, but he saw my case through, until the very end, (Exactly 9 years later) helping me from the other side of the country, in all of my cases twists/ turns to ultimately allow me to start working in the profession that I had a passion for. In short - if you are looking for the most extraordinary attorney, and honorable person, then please take my word for it and look no further, Ian Pancer 100% the person you want on your side, trust me. However, if you are looking to hear my story of personal proof "Why" I say this, then I thank you in advance for taking the time to read this, and I do hope it helps in any solitude you are seeking for a miracle outcome, which he achieved. I was in the military, it was my birthday, and I had been charged with an OUI back in 2011. This incident caused extreme amounts of pain, grief and uncertainty given that I was discharged from the military over these actions, and of course all the pain and suffering that goes along with these types of incidents. During this time - Ian Pancer had helped me through the court systems in navigating what to do, taking the proper action and alleviating all stresses that I was going through from a Legal perspective. Given this was my first time ever being charged with such a serious crime, my family put their trust in Ian Pancer from a recommendation from a family friend to help us out; and he did just that. Fast-forward 9 years later, after visiting San Diego on multiple occasions as I am now a Boston, MA resident, I had no reason to believe that these charges still existed or that there was anything to follow-up on given the "non-response" from the legal system and courts after hearing first hand from them multiple times that there was no charges on my record in the system. I had just finished completing my Master's Degree, and thought it was a great time to go back into public service and decided that I wanted to become a Police Officer. As I mentioned, in not having a criminal record and never having something like this incident happen to me before, I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was about to tell my interviewing officers the disposition of this case was for the job. To my belief, the charges and case was still open and here I was, in absolute shock this was A still active 9 years later and B never resolved with no notice from the court systems to follow up on! I had immediately contacted Ian about this (who was super responsive, along with his team being extremely helpful) and started to work on the case again with him. Ultimately, Ian had dug up through all of his records everything he could to help me in this particular case, in which he successfully was able to help my situation out - in a big way!
