my name is cory simpson and turner and johns owns property in which i previously rented through section 8. i was forced to move in such a short timing by section 8 due to the fact turner and johns severe negligence in maintaining the property in a fit, safe and habitable condition as required by west virginia. as a form of landlord retaliation for section 8 termination of assistance with property owned by turner and johns ann marshall the property manager blame's me and now refuses to return my security deposit in the amount $500, with the justification of the front door frame had to be replace due to a situation that was out of my control in which my house was broken into while i was not present on two occasions i also filed police reports to support my claim. ann marshall is withholding my security deposit illegally for something that was not my doings nor responsibility and out of my control.
