Joey Spano represented us, the petitioners, in a legal case against the Town of Chesapeake, WV, and our current Mayor regarding a petition to hold our town officials' election in November of this year. The ordinance in question was passed by the council during the previous administration. Our Mayor refused to recognize this ordinance, and Mr. Spano agreed to handle our case.
