I had a need to make a change to a Family Trust and decided to contact TK Law in Amelia, Ohio as I was not happy with the previous firm I had used. I made an appointment to consult with Makenzie Martin about my Estate Plan. I provided the documents needed and we talked for over an hour. She made a suggestion that I wish had been made by my previous attorneys. It made perfect sense and met the need to provide for my son with a disability. She made the changes to my existing Trust and created a special needs Trust.

She sent the documents electronically for me to read and to make changes. I did that and we met again to discuss the changes. She patiently and carefully answered all my questions. We made another appointment to sign after I had reviewed the final documents, which included my Trustees. At that meeting I asked another question which resulted in a last minute change. She made the change immediately and replaced a page in one of the documents. We were able to proceed with signatures being witnessed and notarized.
