A few years later, I’m still dealing with the damage caused by Nicole’s incompetence and lack of care. She showed up hours late to our first court appearance, never apologized, and was easily overpowered in court. Despite my ex-husband’s domestic violence record, she failed to fight for custody, and he was awarded full legal and physical custody of our son. She had me spend time and money gathering and translating proof of assets my ex bought with community funds—homes, land, cattle—then did nothing with it while still billing me to compile it. The more documents, the higher the charges, with no strategy or results. She billed aggressively—emails, calls, mailing, even traffic—yet failed at basic representation. She didn’t request spousal support while I was unemployed, ignored key evidence, and pressured me to sign a final agreement while I was in tears, despite serious concerns about forged documents and unfair terms that left me with no say over the sale of our home. I paid $16,000 and was left without a home, without proper advocacy, and with critical issues ignored. Deeply disappointing. Unprofessional, ineffective, and not on your side. Do not hire.
