				Met with the Cox Law Group (James) for a consultation for negotiations/representation to speak with a family member regarding liquidation of my grandmother's estate. During our consultation James was interested and said he was familiar with the opposing attorney & would be interested in representing me. Promising to send an email of what he'd do if I chose Cox Law Group to represent me. I never received this email as promised. After a week, I requested a follow up and was told they instead recommend a litigation attorney when I made it very clear I have 0 interest in litigating. I requested a refund of my consultation fee since they changed their mind and did not deliver on what was promised verbally. I have not received a response. Very disappointing to be led on as I am a strong believer that a man is nothing but his word.
