What can I say about torgenson law not much. No one ever kept in touch with me throughout the process despite me giving them every bit of evidence and documentation possible. Between August of 2024 until now April 2025 I believe I may have spoken to anyone in the office maybe five times six at the most. There were a lot of emails for nothing. I had to call to find out that they basically dropped my case. I unfortunately have had experience dealing with the law good bad or otherwise. I've never dealt with such a cluster f of an attorney's office. You would think they would have their stuff together better than this. I would trust a public defender more than I would trust torganson law. What a huge colossal waste of my time efforts and money for fuel getting copies of medical records etc. So do yourself a favor find a different attorney do not use these people they're awful. If I could leave negative Stars I would but I had to hit one the bare minimum to be able to write a review. This place didn't even have the decency to let me know that my case manager was no longer with the company and that they had pretty much terminated the case. I am beside myself right now. All I can say is thank God they took my face on a retainer I wouldn't pay for this trash.

My daughter was in an accident with her friend and their family and I called several other attorneys and asked about what they could do and many of them didn't even want to deal with minors but these guys didn't hesitate and worked with me and my wife through every step. The insurance company tried to offer us a small amount even after my daughter suffered some injuries and was scared to ride in a car again for a little while. In the end they got us about 7 times what the insurance company tried to give us and they were just so easy and great to work with. If I'm ever in an accident in the future or any of my family I am definitely going to hit these people up again.
