Very rude lady that works here. 2 lanes of traffic in the area and trying to park at the business across the street. Turned in here to make a quick turn around pull across the street. Some bitter lady in the parking lot stood right in front of my car with her arms crossed as if I needed her all mighty permission to turn around in her completely empty parking lot. I’d hate to see how this company does business and how they treat others if they act so above a passerby.

I am not a client of Mr. Knapp or Ms. Robert's but I have had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Roberts on the phone regarding a medical malpractice case from March of 2020. Even though she was not able to accept my case due to circumstances beyond her control, Ms. Robert's spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining her reasonings why she could not accept my case and what my other options would be. All free of charge I might add. She seemed extremely sympathetic to my situation and answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. The fact that she spent so much time with me without being paid for it only tells me that she would work that much harder for a paying client. I would highly recommend this firm for representation in the future.
