I would not hire Tim again. My experience was uncomfortable from the beginning. He frequently made crude and inappropriate comments and jokes, some of which were so graphic that I would not feel comfortable repeating them publicly. He also spoke very loudly and had an overall presentation that I found surprisingly unprofessional. He regularly appeared unkempt, with messy hair and an ungroomed beard and mustache. I was especially surprised to see that he did not seem to make much effort to present himself professionally even when appearing in court. For an attorney representing me in a formal setting, that was embarrassing and off-putting. Another major issue was how much time he spent talking about himself and his personal life. I often felt like I was paying to listen to stories about him rather than focusing on my case. My biggest concern, though, was confidentiality. He shared personal information with me about other clients, which made me seriously regret how much private information I had shared with him. Once you hear an attorney discussing other clients' personal matters, it is difficult not to wonder how your own information is being handled. There were also occasions when information was shared with my ex that I did not believe should have been. Fortunately, my ex and I were eventually able to resolve our divorce peacefully. If privacy, professionalism, and discretion are important to you, I would strongly recommend interviewing other attorneys before hiring Tim. Knowing what I know now, I would have chosen someone else.

Tim (attorney) and Candi (paralegal)are a very unique team. I liked that they were very upfront with information and never gave false hope. They always tell you what options you have based on the information you,as the client, provide them. Unlike other lawyers that charge you and arm and a leg to file orders that won’t help your case, Tim will review your case and tell you how to win it without spending unnecessary time and money. Tim and Candi are truly a good team, they charge a fair price, and will fight and win your case.

Beware! Most divorce attorneys are sleaze balls, but this guy is the sleaziest in town! Watch for financial info, the more he knows about you, the more he’ll force his way to get more money out of you later! He claims he’s the cheapest, but he’ll try to get more money and will even try yo get your car if he could! Things went south after I spent the first 6K. Now he wanted 5 to 6 more! For nothing! Supposedly tried to get ahold of the ex to be and could never get him. After I fired him he called my ex and bad mouthed me. Not a good person. Also if your ex is a veteran, this guy will defend and protect that person instead of acting as a good attorney on behalf of the person who hired him. Beware! If I could give him zero starts I would.

He should retire !!!

Actually cares about his clients, a lawyer who is not sleezy nor corrupt. Not afraid to stick it to the man when he steps outta line and violates rights. FTP
