I feel like there needs to be a special no star raiting or a negative star rating would be most appropriate for her. notice her most read review for assault or whatever she also represented him in another case with the settlement she got more money that's the only reason she put forth any effort at all she is absolutely waste of money and will not help you. I wish my brother would have listened to me. But if you do happen to choose her as an attorney let's see if the sounds oh so familiar she calls you to make sure she gets her money and then after that she refuses to meet with you or return any phone calls she will want you to take the very first deal so she doesn't have to show up to any more of your court dates mind you when she is in court she's always late which irritates the judge and never files the right papers and looks absolutely ridiculous in a courtroom so unprofessional. Based on my experience with annette smurr it is my opinion her CHOSEN CONDUCT is DEMONIC. It is my opinion she is UNFIT to practice law. Praying for her clients and her corrupt sinful soul. Attorney’s response is delusional and DISHONEST. Here is documentation that supports smurr and her office were aware she owes me money… $4000.00 is the amount her legal assistant claims is owed back to me…supports her firm was responsible for pulling case from calendar and did NOT… supports she paid a third party her legal assistant $2000.00 from client account without my consent… supports she filed pro se when by law she is required to be attorney on record… after I paid her $5000.00 cash and signed a contract. Major violations on her part. Annette smurr chosen conduct supports she is UNFIT to practice law. She has NO defense, period. She intentionally broke the law and put her bar license in jeopardy to shield sex crimes of her colleague at FAC and for her demonic financial gain. She failed to notify me of the conflict of interest. She held or possibly still holds a position with FAC a publicly funded firm where the abuser a public defender held a position.
