PS. It has come to my attention that when a Police Department is Low Staffed (confirmed by a PO), they will defer things like Civil Disputes to the Judicial system by giving the disputers, on both sides, two Options; (1) File a No Contact Order or (2) File an Anti-Harassment Order, without informing either disputer(s) of the serious nature of consequences to these types of orders, whereas the disputer that feels compelled to file doesn't understand what all this entails, especially when they file with unfounded and false accusations and frivolousness.
- It burdens the Respondent with Financial Hardship having to fight off the False Accusing, Frivoulous Petitioner and Respondent cannot Recover Attorney Fee. Ugh.
