Do not pay up
front,once they have your money they will not maintain contact.if no charges are filed,doesnt matter they will keep all your money and you will not even get a partial refund.

Being prosecuted is a stressful experience. Throughout the whole ordeal, I found that they were committed, reassuring and informative. Court appearances were always early and efficiently managed. Because of this, I would be first on the docket, making it easier to be in and out of the courthouse without having to run outside to pay more for parking.
