Do not get services from jubas. When I first started with this lawfirm it seemed very promising and the first custody conference I told them I wanted to essentially go for primary custody and that was shot down numerous times. I’ve payed them over 10k and I told them when I started I didn’t have a lot of money they blew through the 5k retainer and then asked for more money and tho I have nothing left to give as I literally was taken for house and home I had to move even though I know my laws and I knew it was not save to move he essentially stated if I got a house I would be okay and we would fight for full custody. 2 days until court he pulls out cause I can’t pay. And oh he didn’t tell me we had court in February. I will be reporting this to the bar.
