I would give 0 stars if possible. Homady has held my cousin's very simple estate hostage for over 4 years with no progress. She has failed several audits and we have received no communications from her in almost a year. She is incompetent. On her last spreadsheet sent detailing the estate, the numbers did not even add up correctly to the totals at the bottom. I suppose she gets to keep collecting fees as long as the account is open. How is she allowed to still keep practicing?

I reported Richard and gave the board solid evidence proving he neglected me and the serious matter of life issues in my case. After making me believe he could correct the issue to receive payment he completely ignored me, and filed an appeal months later without my knowledge with an extremely weak argument that made no mention of the serious issues in my case. The board dismissed my complaint likely because it involved judicial misconduct, but hopefully this information helps protect others from being one of his victims.

It should be noted his partner receives nothing but positive reviews without the need to be disciplined, where after receiving an official warning and not heeding it he was suspended, and receives nothing but negative reviews.

Do not go with this lawyer! You will call with no answer for weeks! He’s lazy and unprofessional! Dropped me because I didn’t get him payment in time but I didn’t want to pay him due to the lack of response and doing what he said he was going to do! Learned my lesson, don’t use an attorney who has been disbarred for malpractice! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
