My husband and I when to Thomas J Henry because we were in an accident where we were sitting at a restaurant in a vehicle came through and hit us. I will never recommend anybody to Thomas J Henry they didn’t do nothing for the first three months. My husband sat at home with no employment no compensation after calling and complaining. They finally got in physical therapy. After the physical therapy was over, we were able to settle. We weren’t happy with the numbers, but they kept calling every day for us to settle and sign the paper after we did we receive nothing from the settlement because of all the attorney fees, the hospital fees, and we had child support fees. We agreed to pay 14,000 to our child support, hoping that it would take us out out of debt so we could File for our income tax after settling in early February, thinking that we would be clear from debt from child support Income tax the last day of April 16 the last day you can file for your income tax well long story short called Thomas J Henry back they still hadn’t sent off the check for the child support that it had been sitting on their desk for a month so we ended up with nothing because the child support took our income tax also than Thomas J Henry sent off the check for them…
