I was looking to hire his law firm, but it was a little out of my budget but he's still gave me referrals and shared some great information about how I can go by it myself as well which I still was truly grateful for that!

Yeah, this reviews lane is not my typical commute, but I gotta get this off my chest. THESE PEOPLE HERE! I’ve been burnt in the past purchasing and selling real estate. I decide to jump outside of my comfort zone and try an alternative. Getting Titus and his crew on board turned out to be what I’d been missing.

My ask was that I didn’t want to feel like I was working for them as I know my business better and wanted to be included step by step. They afforded me transparency, candor and the safety and security of a partnership. Over- communication was my preference and they were on point.

If you’re at all familiar with real estate transactions, it can get quite messy and complex. My issue was an inspection “surprises”, communication breakdowns and regulatory compliance.
