The team at the Tipton Law Firm has been extremely helpful to me in two different legal counsel areas of need:

1.) I have had need for representation in moving traffic violations on the Tail of the Dragon (HWY 129). This has included speeding, crossing the double yellow line which also gave the officer the motivation to cite me with reckless--ouch! Tipton's plea bargaining with the DA so as to avoid being assessed points, but only court fees and certification of driving school. Avoidance of the insurance consequences (premium cost & possibly cancellation) of these accumulated points was a gift that Tipton and the DA provided to me and the necessary negative reinforcement to alter my driving behavior. I feel like I got a 2nd chance and I very much appreciate that gift.

2.) Given the service above, my wife and I also had Tipton develop our Wills, Power of Attorney (POA) and Advance Care Plans (ACP). Tipton coached us through best practices and I'm so relieved that this is now in order.
