They were constantly not responding to messages, emails, and calls. They did not keep consistent contact with me about my case, and my accident case has taken almost 2 years to complete. I haven't ever had a lawyer before, but I have had no clue what is happening because they will not talk to me about my case. I have to call and email 2 or 3 times before I even get any response and its typically been dismissive. Also I would get called by 4 different numbers, it just seems unprofessional.

I paid Bob 2k then he told me Ashleigh would handle never answer phone or emails but wen Ashleigh decided to email me she wanted anther 2k but I dont have no paperwork or anything so know they want answer me want even send me a break down on what they did an this case was simple negotiation Bod they are not honest know I have to go threw the KBC to get a refund
