Absolutely horrible! Paid $600+ for them to give me no new information and close my case because I asked a question about the charges. I had 2 meetings with them, the initial and then a following. Both times there were miscommunications on their end about when the meeting was. First time they never even contacted me and I had to reach out and they kept saying they had been sending emails to me, but I never received any. Second time they didn't even schedule a meeting with me. They just called me out of the blue a month later and asked if I was ready for the meeting - I let them know I was never sent an email or called to schedule a time for the second one but apparently they spoke and confirmed it with someone. Must have been a twin of mine I never knew about. The second call were Kathy was supposed to give me options on how to proceed, I had to keep reminding her facts about my case and she basically repeated the facts of the situation to me on the call. No new information, no options, nothing. It was an 11 minute call where I had to remind her what was going on. But yet I got charged $300+ again for that call for her reviewing my files? But she couldn't remember anything from the files? Yeah ok. Then I emailed my concerns/confusion about the charges politely and she immediately countered by telling me to pay the fees now and that she was closing my case and that I needed to find another lawyer... So pick this firm if you have $600 and time to waste. Took a month to get scheduled then another month for her to "look through my files". Any other law firm would be better, save yourself the headache.
I was just really shocked by how rude and disorganized this office was. I even responded to her rude email and apologized and reassured her I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just confused by the charges and they closed my case any ways and never responded to my email.

Unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. They really do not understand the law, which is pretty important for a lawyer. And pretty expensive for a client. Very slow, difficult to work with, and a waste of time and money.

Beth was an absolute GEM to work with! She was on top of everything, every step of the way. Her communication and responsiveness is unparalleled.
