				I never felt heard in my concerns as a client. They were slow to respond and showed a lack of concern or empathy for my case. I know it’s a business but they truly seemed concerned with money instead of trying to get my case finished. There was an utter lack of updates and transparency for the most part. I felt like I was constantly being shuffled around instead of my concerns being addressed. I’m assume I just got lost in the multitude of cases and mine was a little fish in a big pond. I highly suggest doing your due diligence before going with this law firm.
