I walked in the courtroom gave them my name and waited for an associate from the firm to show up. He came out and talked to me for 5 minutes and case dismissed.

Zach did an amazing job on my fiancé’s case. I wanted to move up the court date since it was a month away he filed for it and then the next day had him in court and got him released!! Thank you!

Illegal exclusion, failing to review evidence, assisting in police misconduct, evaded conflict of interest checking, took no interest in clear evidence of violated attorney client privilege.

No contemporaneous record-keeping. Refusal to provide documentation. Abruptly shut down request. Chronic communication failures. Vague excuses. Dismissive, borderline hostile. Aligned deflection tactics. Repeated pattens. This is telling.

Apart from this highly irregular policy, I can confirm what others report, that the Firm’s strategy is to ignore their clients and almost *never* put anything in writing. One has to wonder… why?

Documentation is a prerequisite for accountability. In my experience, Zachuary Meranda finds both notions laughable and becomes defensive if asked.

Edward Itayim, on the other hand, while reflexively refusing to document anything he says, did have the integrity to provide candid opinions off the record, ultimately providing some key insights and details that assisted me in later filings, helping to undo previous failings in my case. 3.5 stars.

From gas stations to consulting firms, legitimate businesses keep their receipts. Meranda Law Firm appears to consider itself an exception. It makes one curious what their documents would show if they kept any.

First, let me say that Rossia Meranda was court-issued to me so I'm not sure if that is why my experience was so terrible. The case: aggravated menacing back in August. It started with me having to call 4-5 times to make sure she was even aware of my existence. I received a letter confirming that about two weeks prior to my first court date. She finally called back, two days before the first court date and the first thing was her calling me "an angry little man." I am assuming since I left her a final voicemail stating since I've had no communication with her that I'm going to pursue new counsel.

The intake was brief, about 5 minutes. The entire process I have had zero confidence in her. Fast forward to today and she is running 28 minutes late to my status update before the jury trial on the 11th. Luckily I have my new attorney here with me. This past monday, on my second court date, she had a "conflict" that she couldn't show up for, so she had her husband fill in for her. I was slightly relieved because I only see good reviews for him anyways. (60% of their reviews are fake) Nope. He walked out and said I was F'd basically. Then proceeded to say the F word about 8 times that I counted. And tried to say an aggravated menacing charge isn't that bad because all the dads from his kids baseball team or something all have them? What?? But, anywho. I talked to her 3 total times since taking her on and the rest of my calls or texts were ignored.

I'm sitting in the court hall writing this (Friday) and she is over 30 minutes late and counting. I'm pretty sure they told her not to show up. If you get her for an attorney I would recommend getting a new one. I got a new attorney and she walked out of court with a smile on her face and she got me a continuance and is very confident that this will be dismissed or reduced. I'll just have to forfeit my weapon which is fine.
