I was referred to Mr. Beach. Spoke with him on the phone and he advised that he was going to send me an email of everything he needed to possibly take my case. Even called back to make sure he received the correct email. Nothing from him, no email, no followup, no nothing. If you really need help with your case I would contact someone else.

There is very little honesty left in this world anymore, and my experience with this company proved that. A few years ago, I was in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy where my student loans were supposed to be paid in full. Years later, a debt collector contacted me claiming I still owe nearly $5,000. Since this company was responsible for handling the payments, I reached out for help. Months ago, assistant Taylor told me they could not help because I was not listed as an attorney on paper. After more time passed, I contacted them again because they were the ones managing my debt payments. Since then, I have reached out multiple times, and every single time I’ve been told someone would help me or look into it. Nothing ever gets resolved. I have dealt with repeated false promises, lack of communication, and zero accountability. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration, especially when I trusted them to properly handle something as serious as my financial future. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The man can't even call me and communicate.
