I needed help and he was very unprofessional in the way he handled things. First when I called his office the lady answering the phone was nice and sounded confident. I felt at ease thinking I had made the right call. She told me he would call me back that afternoon when he returned to the office but I never received a phone call She did schedule an appointment for me to come in on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. . After not hearing from the attorney I called Saturday morning 2 hours before the appointment no one answered so I sent a message through their website no one returned my call until 1:45 when he called and said why aren't you here what are you doing if you need my services you should've been here. I explained to him that I live 45 minutes away and that I wasn't sure if the appointment was set because he never called me back. At that point he said maybe you should hire somebody else; I think you should hire somebody else. Now here I am on Saturday when most other law offices are closed needing help before 2 days from now and pretty much out of options so he could have quite possibly just cost me everything due to his lack of communication and then Taking an accusatory tone towards me for the breakdown in communication even though I reached out to his office three times. His arrogance and dismissive juvenile attitude was apparent even over the phone. I wouldn't recommend working with him. I only worked with him for 60 seconds and I can tell you he's not somebody that I would trust with my future. I am one case to him but my case is everything to me. Maybe he should have a slice of humble pie and remember his clients are people and typically dealing with potentially life-altering situations in a very constrained time frame and his attitude should not add to the stress of the situation.

Richard Kinkade is an absolute joke of an attorney. Any sleazy attorney that advertises by blasting a foreclosure sale date on the front of a mailer doesn’t deserve anyone’s business because he clearly doesn’t care about protecting other people’s right to privacy.

The worst part about the mailer is his claim of “only paying $313 to file - why pay more?” — $313 is the actual cost to the court to file a bankruptcy — you will be charged at least $2k-$3k more by Richard Kinkade, so don’t let his BS false advertisements fool you. Just don’t waste your time on this guy. Find someone that doesn’t have to resort to spammy advertising to get business.

Just go look at all of his pictures in “Hollywood” — totally insufferable human being to say the very least.

Marketing material is blatant, which is an immediate turnoff. Perhaps you should revisit your strategy and consult a professional.

I would never choose to work with a company that places such sensitive information so clearly on the front of an envelope. If my children were to collect the mail, an adult matter would be unnecessarily placed in front of them.

This feels like an insensitive and tasteless attempt to solicit business.

I want to share that this is a great attorney. I am so confident that I made a great decision going with Mr.Kncade. He is very down to earth and honestly very transparent. I am very blessed that I chose him.
