They have experience dealing with other counties and know who to contact when the accounting on my case gets mixed up. By contrast, I always feel like I'm some kind of criminal who has committed some sort of offense when dealing with the Registry of Wills in Harford County. Nicholl's team has been persistent in running down asbestos claims against corporations who are proven at fault.
