I was in a car accident that was the fault of a distracted lawyer. I was moderately injured and my car significantly damaged. I was advised to contact an attorney to get back my sick leave pay and damages for my car. D'Amore got much more than I asked for and did a fantastic job with my claim. Highly recommended!

I was expecting a yes to a malpractice lawsuit. I spent 1575.00 to get LOA so Paul Amore could proceed w getting medical records from the hospital that let my husband (a Vietnam veteran) die by choking on his own emesis bcuz he was unable to lift his head. The federal standard of care to prevent a weak patient from drowning on vomit is to be in recovery position which he was not as well as left alone for long periods of time. He also needed a doctor the night of his death which they never called in to examine my husband. Paul Amore doesn't know any of the details of the night John died bcuz he got a CD on my husband's medical records and sent me a letter without ONE conversation as to why Mr Amore did not see any lack of care. He said in the letter I could call him anytime which I did twice and after 3 weeks I have not heard from him or his office. I now have a CD which without a converter to a flash drive or a PDF file in which I could proceed in finding an attorney with compassion and interest in speaking with me in person to level the scales of justice by hearing what I was told about that night my husband died. He was ignored and left to die alone, I called his nurse but she neglected to call me and let me know he was sick for 9 hours. Then Paul Amore ignored me. No one should be medically mistreated in a hospital where you think you loved ones are being cared for. Then I get ignored by an attorney who was recommended highly, but wouldn't want anyone else to be grieving a loss of a spouse and then to be completely ignored by legal professionals.

I sent zip files with detailed information (including medical records, reports, etc.) regarding a potential medical malpractice case. I was never asked any questions, just a month later a response from one of the attorneys stating "After reviewing the information you provided, and conducting our own research, we have reached the conclusion that we will be unable to assist you any further, We wish we could help every person who contacts us. Unfortunately, that is just not possible. We believe that every case deserves the full time and attention of the attorney who takes it. At this time, we are simply unable to make the proper commitment to your case. This decision does not mean there are no meritorious claims. There may be other lawyers who could potentially assist you with your case, and we encourage you to continue your search for legal counsel. " For a law firm to say that they're unable to make a proper commitment to your case speaks volumes, for isn't that why they're in business?" Don't waste your time (like I did). I bought into the reviews (more than likely not real), and I should have done more research before contacting them. Avoid at all costs!

Rus Kondratyuk and his team at D'Amore handled my lawsuit following a car accident. Their professionalism and expertise throughout the process (which was long... more 1.5 years) was extremely helpful and reassuring. I'm thankful I had them to turn to when I didn't know where to begin. I felt listened to and supported and was ultimately pleased with the outcome.
