I hired this lawyer while I was detained by ICE. I kept trying to contact him, but most of the time he wouldn’t respond. When he did respond, he would tell me that he was on vacation and didn’t have time to deal with my case. I ended up spending a month in detention without him doing anything meaningful to help me. He also kept asking for money and wanted to charge me for things that I later found out were unnecessary. I feel like he did not properly handle my case or provide the legal help I hired him for.

He represented my friend while my friend was in detention. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to reach Mr. Nabil, and we were not satisfied with the assistance or communication provided. Because my friend needed timely legal help with his detention case, he ultimately decided to hire another attorney to handle the matter and assist him with seeking release.

Don’t recommend him at all bad experience

My experience with this lawyer was terrible, and frankly, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I paid him money hoping he would take my case seriously and help me, but unfortunately, I didn't feel he provided any benefit whatsoever for my money. The hardest part was when I was in prison and tried to contact him to find out what was happening with my case, but he wouldn't answer my calls. After a while, when he finally answered, he coldly told me, "I'm on vacation, and you're bothering me." I was in a very difficult situation and needed a lawyer who would follow up on my case and communicate with me, not someone who made me feel like I was bothering him when I tried to check on my case. This was my personal experience, and I'm writing this review so that anyone considering hiring this attorney knows what I went through. I strongly advise thoroughly checking the level of communication and follow-up before paying any fees. Additionally, I hired another lawyer and was released within nine days. When my case was with him, I was left without any news for a whole month. Please do not deal with this attorney. My experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid him money expecting him to properly handle my case and provide me with legal help, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received any real benefit or value for what I paid. The worst part was when I was in jail and trying to contact him to find out what was happening with my case. He would not answer my calls. Eventually, when he did answer, he told me, “I’m on vacation, and you’re bothering me.” I was going through a very difficult situation and needed an attorney who would communicate with me and take my case seriously. Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering him simply by trying to get updates about my own case. This is based on my personal experience. I’m sharing it so others can be aware of what I experienced and think carefully before hiring this attorney.

We trusted this attorney with my fathers immigration case for years and paid thousands of dollars, believing he would fight for his case. We were met with poor communication, unanswered phone calls, and very little guidance when we needed it most. Today as we deal with very difficult situations sitting in ICE detention while our family is heartbroken and struggling to fight his case. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a result, but I do believe a good attorney should communicate and be honest about what they can realistically do, and truly advocate for their clients.
