Richard Arshonsky took 2 disabled seniors (one was 85 years old) property line case and 10s of thousands of dollars from them despite the fact that only one of the litigant's case was transferred to Superior Court from Small Claims Court and one of the litigants wasn't even a property owner with no legal liability. He negligently failed and refused to request a dismissal against one of the litigants and when questioned about his reasoning for refusing to bring key issues to the court's attention he bailed on the clients leaving them without an attorney. Taking money from these disabled senior clients was apparently this attorney's only motivation. I would not recommend this attorney of this law firm based on my experience and opinion. It really takes a low life individual to act so unethical and uncaring against disabled elderly persons.
