Bogus lawsuit on carpet damages from 2019. Statute of limitations is three years. They made it seem like it was for rent and utilities which was a total lie. This agency has a reputation and my recommend, is fight them! Their reputation precedes their name and the legal world knows it. The lady on the phone was very nice but the attorneys are snakes.

They don't answer the phone, they've got politicians so deep in their pocket that they automatically win cases, I didn't even get a chance to face them in court just got a letter saying I owe and a scam artist judge sides with them. I am a disabled veteran with low rating so low income and they pray on the low income. Makes me ashamed to have been in service to the country.
