I had a consultation with Ben and was extremely impressed. I can tell that these reviews are well deserved and that he is a highly competent and skilled attorney. His paralegal, Jaymie, was a breath of fresh air in a world of increasingly bad customer service. She was kind and thoughtful about my case, and never made me feel rushed when answering the many questions that I had about their firm. I can tell they take care of their clients in every way from start to finish. This is a solid choice, I was happy to see there are still some of those around.

Just got off the phone with some lady who never provided her name but answered the phone number listed. From start to finish, she handled our conversation very poorly ending the call by hanging up on myself as I was talking. She suggested a consultation with Ben without mention as to what he specialized in. When asking what Ben specifically specifialized in before setting up a consultation that was said to be $250 prepaid, not knowing if he would be a good fit for my needs, she rudely hung up. I explained to the woman what I was looking for and she seemed unsure of any of her attorney's having the knowledge and the ability to provide representation. I thought with her lack of confidence, given her uncertainty, that making sure the attorney was able to litigate in the field I was looking for, should be top priority prior to pmt. Turns out this was their paralegal. I called back to inform her that she aquired the company a 1 start review as per our conversation, only be told that she does not care. She also went on to tell me that she is not interested in doing any type of paralegal work for the company that she works for and that she relies on the attorney's to handle everything. This to me is basically a receptionist. They are listed under business attorney's, however they do not seem to know a thing about business matters or at the least, their paralegal doesn't. 0 STARS
Editing to add to my review since the owner who is an attorney, chooses to lie about overhearing the conversation. When calls are made into law firms, often they are recorded. Never once did I yell at, become demeaning or combative in any fashion by calling anyone a name, nor did I threaten a review. I would like to at this time give my approval as to the recorded conversation to be attached to this review. Furthermore, the owners response is validation as to the 1 star review this firm earned. Again giving 0 STARS for the lack of integrity to right a wrong doing.

From the front desk staff to Ben Lieberman, the entire team was outstanding. They treated me with professionalism and respect, and went above and beyond to provide the assistance I needed. I rarely leave reviews, but the level of service I received today truly deserves recognition. For anyone dealing with civil litigation matters, I highly recommend this firm.
