After my daughter was struck by a car while walking our dog, Brian and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They walked us through every step of the process, answered every question with patience, and made sure we always felt like a priority. I had a pretty frustrating experience at first. Communication was a big issue—there were long periods where I didn’t hear anything back, even after reaching out multiple times.

However, after I left a review, the firm responded and explained that there had been internal staffing changes, which they hadn’t previously disclosed. I can understand how that may have impacted things, and I do appreciate them taking the time to respond and acknowledge the situation.

More importantly, once my case was reassigned, the new person who handled it was professional, responsive, and much easier to work with. That shift made a noticeable difference.

Overall, while the beginning of my experience wasn’t great, I respect that they listened to feedback and made improvements. That willingness to address issues and do better does count for something.
