Hire this law firm! I called another place and they said I wouldn’t qualify for 7 and tried to box me into a 13, I almost fell for it but ended up calling Dax J Miller and I did in fact qualify for 7 and was discharged today 🎉 The law office was great! The ladies were easy to work with and compassionate! I was super nervous about the 341 meeting and they coached me prior to calm my nerves and it was in fact as “easy” as a lot of people say. And finally, to whoever is reading this, don’t be embarrassed or ashamed, this is a financial power move and the first step to a fresh start, imagine being able to finally take a full deep breath after years of drowning in debt! Most of us were programmed to believe that bankruptcy is a terrible thing and will ruin your life, but guess what, I did it and nothing bad happened and it’s actually pretty easy to get your credit score back up if it got ruined prior to bankruptcy. My biggest regret was not doing it sooner and thinking that I could keep flipping the debt and eventually catch up, all I did was prolong a bad situation and once I filed me and my family could actually live again.
