Talked with her over the phone back in June 2025 and agreed on a down payment and payment plan to have her represent me for my dol hearing and dui court. Had given her down payment and a few days before my dol hearing she called me and said she needs the money in full to represent me due to her own legal problems or whatever, and at the time I couldn’t so she sent me my deposit back. Putting me in a bad position having to represent myself in the dol hearing. Losing my cdl and my career.
