I can't say enough about Attorney Duffey's ability. He handled a tragic situation involving my family and a fatal accident caused by a drunk driver. The case lasted a long time as it went through bankruptcy of one of the parties, a dismissal of another, and an appeal of that dismissal. Tom did not give up but kept fighting, got money from the bankruptcy, and also won the appeal in a unanimous decision in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He was able to get the case back on the trial list and set for trial. He then negotiated a favorable settlement. He always kept in touch with me throughout the case and explained everything to me in a complex area of the law, many times coming to my home to discuss the case. He really helped me, and my family, in a very difficult and sad situation. I recommend him highly.
