I normally do not write reviews, but after reading a negative review posted by my niece, Caitlyn Wolfenden. I felt it was important to share my own firsthand experience with Attorney Steve Triffletti and his firm since I am his client and Caitlyn is not. I was the person who retained Attorney Triffletti to help me handle my mother’s estate after her passing. Whenever family members contacted his office, Attorney Triffletti always informed me through email with a response basically stating to those family members that he had ethical obligations regarding confidentiality and could not discuss estate matters with individuals he did not represent. I appreciated his professionalism in honoring those responsibilities while remaining transparent with me and these family members. I retained Attorney Triffletti because he had earned my mother’s complete trust. He handled her legal affairs, including her will, and power of attorney, with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Because of the confidence my mother had in him, I did not hesitate to ask him to administer her estate after her passing. I also want to clarify one issue referenced in my niece’s review. The disagreement concerning my mother’s cremated remains is a private family matter. Attorney Triffletti’s office is simply holding half of the cremated remains until the matter can be properly resolved. The cremains are being safeguarded while the issues surrounding their handling by a funeral home are addressed. It would be unfair to attribute this family matter to Attorney Triffletti or his firm, as they have acted professionally and responsibly throughout the process. I am currently going through probate which to me is such a complicated and emotional process, and Triffletti has taken the time to walk me through every step, with clear explanations and expectations. I am sincerely grateful for Attorney Triffletti’s guidance, professionalism, and steady counsel throughout the process. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and compassionate attorney.

I would highly recommend this law firm. I met with Mr. Kiley a couple of times to discuss wills/trusts. Dave answered all of my questions, which helped me to decide on a course of action. Everything was completed and signed within a few weeks. Will use this firm again, as needed.

The attorneys at this firm retained to administer my grandmother’s estate have consistently failed to provide timely communication or transparency regarding important estate matters. Family members have repeatedly requested information and documentation concerning the handling of my grandmother’s ashes, yet these requests have largely gone unanswered. To date, no clear explanation or supporting documentation has been provided regarding the legal authority for removing the ashes from my grandmother’s daughter. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism has caused significant concern among family members and has raised serious questions about the firm’s judgment and handling of estate matters.
