				I used Johnson Mediation earlier this year.  I told Ms Suzanne very clearly that I needed the child support payments on time as the child is now going to college and needs the money.  I would be willing to give up a huge amount of the arrears owed in order to ensure that I would get monthly payments on time.  She did not write an agreement that clearly states that and as a matter of fact it allowed the other party to pay late without any legal recourse, as I found out when the other party failed to pay the first 2 months after the agreement.  I contacted her and she basically brushed me off as it is not her problem.

I lost $85,000 and did not get the on time payments that I was willing to give up the $85,000 to get.  Don't use this group.  I Wish I had read these reviews before I used them.  They don't care about the kids that they hurt due to their incompetence.  It's just about the $520 they make an hour.  Please protect your kids and do not use them, if you do use them, get a real attorney to look at the agreement.

				After discovering during the CFI investigation that Stephanie missed her deadline, I confronted her regarding the integrity of her report, citing CDJ 04-08. To address this negligence, I will file CDJ 1361 to obtain a copy of the final report and proceed with a formal complaint.



Over 30 days past her original deadline, and after learning of my intended filing, Stephanie submitted a status update. However, instead of completing her investigation, the update contained defamatory remarks.



I will provide an update once I submit the complaint and receive a response. I also encourage anyone facing communication challenges with Stephanie to review CDJ 04-08, as she currently fails to comply with the documents required verbiage.
