Oscar was recommended to me by a friend back in 2022 after I got a DUI. It was a very difficult and high stress situation for me to go through and also my first time dealing with the law, I had no idea what I was in for and it sure has been a rollercoaster of 4 years. First off, I’d like to say that yes I did receive the best possible outcome of my court case because of Oscar’s hard work and dedication to my case and I but everything else in between is the main reason why I’m leaving this review, because it took alot to work through it all for 4 years. Everything that transpired since the day I met Oscar, until the last day that I met with him, goes to show that he cares about his people and truly loves what he does. Since day one, Oscar led with compassion and honesty. Reminding me of what I could be expecting but also reminding me that it wasn’t healthy for me to over think or overly stress out about things I couldn’t control. He guided me through the process and prepared me with things I WAS able to take care of before us going to court. Oddly enough, my case did not open until late 2025 but because of Oscar’s preparation, I had all of my classes and IID program already taken care of for the court. Even throughout the years that we had no communication from the courts/DA, he was still there if I had any questions or worries, often reminding me to “focus on the things I could control”. Being someone who over thinks everything in life, having an attorney like him throughout this whole process, is more than what I could have ever asked for. Oscar is not someone who will sugar coat things or let you fall behind in your responsibilities, but he will always lead with compassion, honesty and patience and literally stay with you every step of the way. He will never make you feel like you’re just “another client”, he truly values helping people and being there for them during difficult seasons in their lives. When I say I would have gone crazy without having Oscar by my side, I truly mean it. I am so glad and grateful that this is all finally over with, I still have things that I need to take care of but because of Oscar I feel confident in being able to move forward on my own. I truly would not have made it through without him and if you’re reading this Oscar, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
