Got bounced from our original appointment with Michael Santanasto and got placed with Snik. We scheduled a 1 hour conversation for $200. We were told when our appointment got bumped it would be 30 minutes. When I asked if it was $100 I was told they did "research" ahead of time. This was based off the 3 minute initial call to schedule the meeting so there were no specifics discussed to actually research.
Had the meeting on a Friday afternoon, he was able to answer most of our questions and he was to follow up on Monday with an email, outlining the conversation as well as documents we had discussed during the call. I called the following Thursday when we never received the email, I was told he would be following up the next day with a call and an email.
It's now the following Tuesday when I called again to find out why we haven't been contacted or emailed and he has not gotten back to us.

Real disappointing, won't be trying to reach out anymore for a service we paid for, definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
