I'm glad he represented the opposing side. I was recently victorious in a drawn-out, multi-year law suit. Sigmon represented my opponent. While he was incredibly adept at prolonging the saga, with multiple continuances (even after being reprimanded by the judge for doing so) and motions, he was a walk in the park for my legal counsel. Unprepared would be complement for him. I would call him incompetent. He spent an entire afternoon in the trial having his client testify to a claim that he never made (wrongful termination of employment while the trial was for a claim of fraud). The judge's jaw hit the floor. He also objected to a previous ruling, calling it "inappropriate", that the presiding judge had rendered. She was not happy about that. There were a number of such cringe-worthy moments, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Years of legal bills to his client only to have them look like a couple of jokers in front of a very serious, seasoned judge. I give him five stars for entertainment. Zero (okay, one...) for legal counsel.

very dissapointed with Mark Sigmon. Watch out!! he just wants your money. Not professional. at the beginning he would look like interested on your case and wanted to help but once u paid him, he would give excuses that he is out of town for long time and no responds, called 2x no responds, I emailed 2x and no responds. He should not be a lawyer.

If I could give negative STARS or no STARS that's how we would be rating Mr. Mark Sigmon! Lehigh Valley Fuels delivered and dumped 98+ gallons of oil into my furnace room! We do NOT have an oil tank! They had the WRONG address! We went through HELL dealing with them and their insurance company to get our home and our lives back in order. Sadly, we retained Mr. Mark Sigmon as our Lawyer. Lazy is probably the best way to describe him. No backbone is another fitting description of him. We spent years waiting for trial and once that court date approached, he cowered. He threatened us (I have the phone recordings and glad to share) that if we did not take the nominal offer the defendants presented we would get nothing. Had we known that he had not tried a case in a court room in over 6+ years (maybe even longer) we would not have had him defend us. That being said, if you are looking for a lousy lawyer to represent you, then he is your guy.

The legal advice this firm gave me 20 years ago when I hired them still haunts me today. Im suprised they're still in business or even allowed to practice law. Seek legal representation elsewhere!
