If you are dealing with a high-conflict custody situation, stop looking and hire Kyle Whitaker.

Kyle is an absolute force in the courtroom. From day one, he took control of a very difficult, emotionally charged custody modification case and handled it with precision, strategy, and confidence. He does not get rattled. He does not posture. He does not waste time. He gets results.

My case involved constant conflict and unnecessary complications, and Kyle cut straight through the noise. He anticipated moves before they happened, stayed ten steps ahead, and applied pressure exactly where it needed to be applied. Watching him work was impressive. He knows when to push, when to hold, and when to strategically corner the issue so resolution becomes inevitable.

Dana and the entire team were equally outstanding. Communication was clear. Deadlines were met. I never felt lost in the process. Even during high-stress moments, they were steady, organized, and responsive. That kind of support matters more than people realize when you're in the middle of custody litigation.

He is effective. He is direct. He is prepared. He is the kind of attorney who walks in ready to handle business and walks out having done exactly that.

If you want someone who will take command of a high-conflict situation and drive it to resolution, Kyle Whitaker is the attorney you want in your corner.

Five stars is not enough.

The level of incompetence, inconsistency, and unprofessionalism of a legal process as serious as divorce will have me filing a complaint on this firm with proof written corroboration. We are talking my name misspelled on a final decree that was never fixed when pointing out twice, incorrect type of supporting legal document given in the case I needed to sell an awarded item of the divorce, and then their staff literally telling me turn return home with an item that was threatening to be reported stolen due to their lapses of communication. The item was far from being stolen and I was the one being proactive in a way to get it out of my out of possession after exhausting all attempts to put it in my name. This does not even scratch the surface. Even before opting to return the item, the tax assessor’s office told me themselves they see this level of incompetence all the time when it comes to property transfers amid divorce. Many issues I had to do my own research and was not thoroughly represented and informed- and when I had a question it took multiple follow ups for a half answer. If I wasn’t one with support, common sense and an education, and resources, I could’ve been put in a grave situation dealing with this firm. They do not have your best interest at heart. I believe disorganization, carelessness, and unhealthy bias are major contributors. Truly one of the most bizarre and concerning experiences I’ve ever encountered in my life and am glad to have this chapter closed. Despite how disorienting going into divorce will be, do your due diligence, take your time, and find a good firm. If it feels off in the beginning, it is. After your divorce, life will turn around and begin looking up as a domino effect in a way that will shock you.
If there is anything I learned through this- be your own advocate and document everything, get it in writing, and hold your peace while your process unfolds.
