Hey where’ do I start? First thing when my child first got arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon family violence, which is not even deferrable at all. Her first offense and literally all odds against her I knew I had to call Attorney Eric Nichols, I honestly just thought at best he was going to get the best deal, he did even better her case got no billed!! I’m really amazed because this is a miracle! He is an angel, really God sent and me and my family truly appreciate fighting for her. It means a lot to us and we are forever indebted to him! I cannot believe that my son just got out. He definitely had a hard road to go, trying to prove his innocence after being in trouble before. I wasn’t too sure how this would have went for my son.
Attorney Nickolas was definitely sent to us by God. I’ll be honest when I tell you that I had doubts about Mr.Nickols at times, because he was so busy but I kept my faith because I knew that God gave us exactly who we needed. I just needed patience and faith. Sometimes we have to remember that attorneys are very busy. We are definitely not the only one that attorneys are representing. When I would get anxious or panicked about not knowing something right away, I just knew that Attorney Nickols was doing his job to the best of his ability and that with patience, I will know the answers soon enough. He may not have gotten back with me on (my time), but he did get back in touch with me by email or calling and I could breathe again. I appreciate him more than he knows, not just because my son is free, but because he was always there for me, as well. Mind you, my son is grown. This was not my fight to fight, but Attorney Nickols kept me in the loop. I would also like to make a shout out to his secretary or paralegal because, I don’t know who actually answers the phone but, I knew that she had to have patience with my family. So, thank you ! 🙏

I cant even put into words how great of an attorney Eric is!!! My husband’s life was on the line and he did every thing you can think of to show his innocence. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Eric! You are an amazing attorney!
