I hired Ms. White to handle my custody case for my 2 girls against my ex husband. She allowed me to make payments, which was great because I could not afford to pay the retainer in full. My ex husband had his attorney draw up a proposal and sent it to Ms. White. I am not an attorney did not understand the language in the proposal. Ms. White being one, should know all this. I entrusted her when she informed me that proposal was good and I signed it. Shortly after signing, I found out that I signed over primary custody of my children to my ex husband. I was unable to fight this as I was represented by an attorney at the time of signing. If you want an incompetent attorney, go with K D White. If you want an attorney that knows the laws and what’s best for her client, it’s best you find another attorney.
