I do 5+ real estate transactions a month all over the country. Thought I would try out this attorney for a closing. I never want to speak bad about anyone or any business so I will just say this:

Communication needs improved on dramatically. Picking up the phone and just handling buyers and lenders or sellers questions and concerns does not take much time at all.

Be upfront with what you need from everyone that’s getting paid or paying in the transaction from the very beginning. Be more proactive instead of reactive.

Lastly, be more flexible. When it’s not breaking any laws, lose some of the rigidness. Especially when clear instructions are not given in the first place from the very beginning.

I hope you make these changes for customers in the future.
