I hope if you hire this attorney, you have exhausted all other options and have no other choices because you can definitely do better. In a mediation, this attorney was tasked to draft and prove up final orders and over a month later, it has yet to be done (this is not my attorney). I have reached out several times to get updated, and her response was "we will get to it when we get to it". Almost two months later, and it's still not done. I'm glad I am not the one who hired this lady because I'm sure she's collecting fees on time but can't file paperwork on time. She has an attitude because she can't communicate properly or give updates about a task she has to do. I feel sorry for anyone who has paid for services from this office.

Edit: I have all correspondence between us both and this is based on FACTUAL interaction with you. I even forwarded you the communication I had with the mediator who advised me to correlate with you per mediation agreement, and the screenshot was YOUR response into me asking about the paperwork and filing. This has nothing to do with family dynamics. I will be more than happy to provide factual correspondence. This is my REVIEW based off of interactions with you.

Second edit to your edited response: The "win" you reference was also a personal win by me, because FACTUALLY speaking, I INTENTIONALLY told you before mediation what I wanted and the mediation went just how I needed it to go. So let's not act like this review is based off that, because I am VERY happy with the mediation outcome. This review is based off of the task you were tasked to do that has yet to be done, and the communication from you because I have been asking when it was going to get completed. I've asked several times about this since mediation, and the correspondence supports my FACTUAL EXPERIENCE. I don't make false reviews.

Respectfully.

I was grateful that she helped me secure custody of my kids, but I found her very difficult to work with. Communication was scarce unless it had to do with her fees, and it felt like she added unexpected charges without warning. I often had to remind her to handle tasks for my case that she should have known to take care of. Ultimately, the stress she caused made me unwilling to refer her to anyone, as her approach added more frustration than relief.
