Incredibly quick and accommodating lawfirm. Within a day of applying I was scheduled for a consultation through Garrett who really shined in kindness and empathy towards my situation. It feels as though they genuinely care and are within an arm's reach whenever needed opposed to other firms. Their integration of AI and documenting everything in a clear and concise manner is top notch as well. Looking forward to finishing my case and would highly recommend them to anyone going through a custody battle.

I hired Angela Faye Brown & Associates in late December 2025, and the experience was unfortunately disappointing. I had to send a follow‑up email just to get my divorce petition filed, which didn’t happen until January 13, 2026. When it came time to serve my husband, I provided multiple dates and times to ensure our children wouldn’t be present. Despite this, he wasn’t served until February 17, 2026 — four weeks after filing — and he was served on a Saturday at 8:00 PM while our entire family was home. My older children actually went to the door with their dad, and the sheriff had to tell them they could not be present! Communication was consistently poor throughout my case. Even the paralegal ignored my messages and follow‑ups. I had requested a three‑month pause from March 2 to June 2. On May 14, I emailed to resume the case and asked about next steps. I followed up again on May 23 and May 24. By June 12 — four weeks later — I still had not received a single response. I ended my representation that day. Four weeks of silence on a basic “What are the next steps?” is unacceptable in any legal matter, especially during a divorce. After terminating the firm, I was promised a final itemized billing statement broken down by standard billing increments. As of August 27, 2026, it still has not been provided.

I had my consultation with Garrett, and I’m glad I did. He was very thorough and concise. Most importantly, he listened and answered all my questions and also addressed my concerns. Next step is meeting with attorney Brown and I’m excited to get this process started…fingers crossed.
